The OCTO - PLUS ENERGY CAS is a battery-powered suction cup for handling ceramic tiles. Adapts to any ceramic surface finish.
Powered by LiPower 12V 2Ah Li-Ion battery (compatible with 12V 2Ah batteries from the METABO CAS platform).
A single push on the ON/OFF button starts the system, activating the vacuum pump, which will stop once the preset working pressure is reached, leaving the OCTO-PLUS ENERGY CAS ready for use. In the event of a loss of pressure, the vacuum pump is automatically reactivated until the working pressure is reached again.
To release the OCTO-PLUS ENERGY CAS from the work surface, simply press the button for 2 seconds; this triggers the vacuum release valve, leaving it free and turning off the system.
For the next use, simply press the ON/OFF button again with the suction cup on the surface of the tile to be clamped.
Maximum load capacity*: 150kg. Suction cup diameter: Ă˜ 200 mm.
*NOTE: Maximum load capacity of 150kg only on flat surfaces and horizontal handling, 110kg for all surfaces and vertical handling.
